Quality and Safety Policy of TOROLIS EXPLOTACIONES, S.L
Due to the continuous market growth, the new technologies in the sector, the quality of the product and the continuous changes in the consumption habits, TOROLIS EXPLOTACIONES, S.L. has decided to coordinate and implement, through the Quality Head, a Quality Management and Food Safety System based on the requirements of the FSSC 22000 standard, based on the Codex Alimentarius.
TOROLIS EXPLOTACIONES, S.L., company specialized in the extraction of shell and egg membrane for the manufacture of high quality food products, in its eagerness to satisfy the needs of its customers and ensure the safety of its product, to compliance with the requirements established with our customers, and do so within the deadlines and prices setting. To guarantee the achievement of this goal, the organization, thanks to good coordination and internal management with the collaboration and approval of all its employees, will have as its primary objective the obtaining of clearly differentiated products with respect to the rest of the products in the market. For this, the Quality System has the following objectives:
- To assure our clients that the Quality and Food Safety of our company is done in accordance with the FSSC 22000 standard, of great international recognition in the sector of the food industry
- Safety guarantee safety of our products
- Compliance with the requirements offered to customers, consolidating trust in our organization
- Effective management and control of the entire production process, to ensure quality and safety since the ingredient reception until it is sent to customers
- Continuous improvement of processes, procedures and products to maintain a flexible production capable of adapting to the requirements of our customers and current legislation
- Assignment of efficient functions and responsibilities
- Awareness and motivation of the Company's personnel on the value of the implementation and development of a Food Quality and Safety System
- Treatment of non-conformities and incidents to achieve the highest satisfaction of our customers
- Guarantee compliance with the legal requirements that affect our activities, especially those aimed at ensuring the traceability and hygienic sanitary conditions of our food supplements based on shell and egg membrane
- Maintain our facilities in a high hygienic state
- Training necessary for all our workers for the proper development of all activities, both productive and business, especially in the handling of food
- Commitment to the Environment and to sustainable development seeking to combine the protection of the latter with the profitability and quality of our productive activities, proper management of hazardous waste and awareness of the staff towards the manual of good practices
- In the activities carried out in the extraction center and the shell and egg membrane processing center of TOROLIS EXPLOTACIONES, S.L., the satisfaction, well-being and suggestions of the employees are taken into account, as well as the transparency and confidentiality with our customers
